Phase Hunters are Mana wyrms found in Netherstorm. Using the 
[Battery Recharging Blaster] will drain them of energy turning them into Drained Phase Hunters.
Abilities
De-Materialize — Dissipates into the latent nether energy of the area.
Mana Burn — Hits an enemy with an anti-mana bolt. For each point of mana consumed by the bolt, the target takes 1 damage.- Materialize — Fuses from the latent nether energy of the area.
Phase Slip — Frees the caster from any bonds.
Phase Slip Vulnerability — Armor reduced by 5555.
