The Phase-Hunter is one of the two creatures that can be released during the first wave of the Harbinger Skyriss encounter in the Arcatraz. It is a warp stalker with a currently-unique skin (olive green with blue stripes and yellow eyes).
Abilities
Warp — Phase-Hunter warps behind a player.
Phase Burst — Phase-Hunter releases a burst of energy, increasing its movement speed by 75% and attack speed by 75% for 8 sec.
Back Attack — Phase-Hunter inflicts additional Physical damage when attacking players from behind.
Notes
While tamable as of patch 4.1.0, doing so will bug the encounter and the instance may have to be reset.
