Percival,[1] more commonly known as Percy, is a kaliri who accompanies the arakkoa Reshad.
He comes from Skizzik's aviary.[2]

Notes
- As Reshad seems to be the Warlords of Draenor equivalent of Lorewalker Cho, Percy can be compared to Mishi.
- After completing the questline in Spires of Arak, Reshad and Percy will be sometimes seen in the Garrison.
