Penelope Heathrow is a human girl located initially at Heathrow Manor in Val'sharah.
She was not in the village when the attack on Bradensbrook by Black Rook Hold spirits began, and would later be found by the adventurer hiding in the manor's cellar. Once rescued, she took "a shortcut" back to the village.
