Oru'kai's Scepter and Oru'kai's Frost Anomaly are found at the south end of the Cracking Plains in east-central Frostfire Ridge. Two Glacier Furies are channeling something into the scepter that has caused it to freeze about 30 creatures around it, including Rangari Scouts, Adolescent Snow Lurkers, Thunderlord Shaman, Wor'gol Explorers, Frost Wolves, Thunderlord Crag-Leapers, and Torag Stonefury.
