The Raven Bishops are raven priests of the Scarlet Onslaught roaming Onslaught Harbor in Icecrown. They occasionally stop to cast a Blessing of the Light (tinged with shadow magic) on one of the Harbor Guards or Paladins.

Raven Flock — Inflicts Shadow damage.
Raven Heal — The raven's power heals the caster for X damage every 1 sec. for 5 sec.
