Omak'Tul is the leader of the Twilight's Hammer clan that are stationed at the Ruins of Drakgor in the Twilight Highlands. He and his subordinates attacked and razed the Dragonmaw encampment and later on captured the Earthen Ring shaman, Earthcaller Yevaa, when she attempted to infiltrate their camp.
Abilities
Blast Wave — Unleashes a wave of flame, inflicting Fire damage to nearby enemies and reducing their movement speed for 6 seconds.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 seconds.
