Noblegarden Eggs can be purchased for 5 
from 
Noblegarden Merchants and 
Noblegarden Vendors during Noblegarden. Once you place an egg, you cannot place another for one hour.
At least one egg is required for the achievement 
[Noble Garden], which requires the 'hiding' of one egg in Stormwind or Silvermoon.
