Night Mistresses are female undead located in the Guest Chambers in Karazhan. They are disguised as humans, but at 50% health they reveal their true appearance, removing all debuffs in the process.
Night Lords are the male equivalent.
Abilities
Impending Betrayal — Inflicts Shadow damage to nearby enemies after 10 sec.
Searing Pain — Inflict searing pain on the enemy target, causing Fire damage.
Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.

Night Mistress Transform — Night Mistress transforms into an undead female.
Strategies
These mobs can be shackled, but are immune to 
[Curse of Tongues]. Generally, kill them first during the pulls which contain them.
Reward
Reputation: Provides 15 reputation with the Violet Eye.
