Neesa Nox is a goblin engineer and an elite mercenary of the Blackfuse Company found in Iron Docks as a part of the Grimrail Enforcers along with Ahri'ok Dugru and Makogg Emberblade.

Shredded Tendons — Ogre traps snap closed around your ankles, slowing your movement by 15% and inflicting 4000 Physical damage every 1 sec for 7 sec.
