Patch changes

• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
  
• Patch 4.0.6 (2011-02-08): No longer affects [Swiftmend], but now has a new effect. When the druid has [Rejuvenation] on 3 or more targets, the cast time of [Nourish] is reduced by 10/20/30%.
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Moved to tier 4 (was tier 6) and reduced to 3 ranks (was 5). Now has a 33/66/100% chance to reduce the remaining cooldown on Swiftmend by 0.5 seconds. No longer improves the crit chance of Nourish.
  
• Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): [Improved Regrowth] renamed to Nature's Bounty. The critical effect chance has been lowered from 10/20/30/40/50% to 5/10/15/20/25%. Nourish is now also affected by this talent.
  
• Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Now requires 3 points in [Improved Rejuvenation].
