Description
Through my research, I've uncovered the last piece to make this artifact truly a counter to the Oathbinder.
The essence of Neltharion.
It is here that I can finally aid the dracthyr. We shall travel to the Maelstrom to see his final moments.
With his essence, we shall finish crafting your artifact, Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy.
Speak to me when you are ready.
Completion
Your artifact is now complete. Wield it knowing no one may ever control the dracthyr ever again. Your destiny is your own.

I'm ready to travel to Deathwing's final moments.
This loads players into the "Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy" scenario in the Maelstrom:
Stage 1: Speak to Nozdormu
You have arrived at the Maelstrom. Speak to Nozdormu to figure out what is next.
I have returned to this moment innumerable times. Was there a way this could have been avoided? Could we have done something differently?
More important to our current task... was there a way that Neltharion's legacy could be redeemed?
We shall find out. Speak to me when you are ready. I shall have to focus all my energies to bring what I can to this moment.
I'm ready to see Deathwing's final moments.
Stage 2: Absorb Deathwing's Essence
A vision of Deathwing's final moment appears. You can see Deathwing fighting the Aspects, Thrall with the Dragon Soul and adventurers from the guild Uber Town.
Nozdormu says: There he is. Deathwing as he was just before he died. But there is still a bit of Neltharion left.
Nozdormu says: Approach the cliff and use the gauntlet to pull the last of his essence out.
Use the forged glove to claim the last of Deathwing's Black Dragon essense. Before you finish absorbing the essence a Faceless One appears.
Nozdormu says: Brace yourself... something else has emerged from Deathwing!
Stage 3: Defeat the Faceless One
Nozdormu says: An agent of the Old Gods! Their hold on my brother remains in his final moments.
Defeat the agent of the Old Gods who has emereged from Deathiwng.
Stage 4: Claim Deathwing's Essence
Try once more to claim Deathwing's essence.
- Deathwing's essence claimed
Nozdormu says: Let us hope that was the last agent of the Old Gods. Try once more to extract the essence.
Interact with Deathwing once more to trigger an in-engine cutscene:
- Deathwing's vision roars and disappears
- The player character can then be seen holding the completed
[Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy]
Stage 5: A New Legacy
Nozdormu says: It is done. That artifact represents the beginning of a new legacy for the dracthyr.
Talk to Nozdormu to leave the Maelstrom:
It is concerning that even within time being frozen, an agent of the Old Gods could still make their way to us.
No matter. You now have the power of this artifact in your hands.
We are done here.
Let's return to Valdrakken.
At quest completion this message is broadcasted for all players in the region:
A triumphant roar echoes from atop the Seat of the Aspects as Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy is formed.
