Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy is a legendary fist weapon for evokers. The quest to obtain it starts from the 
[Cracked Titan Gem], which drops from Scalecommander Sarkareth in Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible. Though it can drop in any difficulty (including Raid Finder), higher difficulties have higher drop rates.
As the first player in the region completes their Nasz'uro, they unlock the 
[Mote of Nasz'uro] companion pet region-wide for other players.

Trivia
When a character obtains Nasz'uro, the following message is sent in chat to every zone in the world in the same region as the acquiring player: A triumphant roar echoes from atop the Seat of the Aspects as Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy is formed. It is a type of Battleground Neutral announcement and disabling that type of chat message will make the message disappear.
