Narsilla Keensight, codenamed Lancer, is a blood elf rogue that is currently in service to Mathias Shaw and SI:7. After meeting Shaw while working with the Uncrowned, Narsilla came into Mathias' service when he offered her a substantial amount of gold to spy on the Horde. Shaw has remarked that she holds no personal loyalties to either faction, but places great worth on gold such that she is now, in no uncertain terms, one of his agents.

Narsilla spied on Lor'themar Theron, gaining access to his musings after some time. Outside of random writings, she uncovered his notable comment that "my dusk lily bends more each day toward the sun." In another instance, her information ultimately led to Shaw being aware of the assassination attempt on Talanji. She was one of two agents embedded in the Horde, the other being a goblin known as Krazzet; whose loyalty was notably purchased with an inordinate amount of parrots, rather than gold as Narsilla's was.
