Mutafen is found just west of Pinchwhistle Point in southern Spires of Arak. It spawns in three colors, blue, green and yellow.
When first killed, Mutafen will drop a 
[Mutafen's Mighty Maul] along with 20-30 
[Garrison Resources].
Tracking quest
To check whether Mutafen has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(36396))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, Mutafen has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
