Mr. Floppy is a rabbit and the pet of Emily, found at the Heartwood Trading Post just south-east of the Westfall Brigade Encampment in Grizzly Hills. He follows Emily during the quest 
[15-30] Mr. Floppy's Perilous Adventure.
Trivia
Mr. Floppy is a reference to the sitcom Unhappily Ever After, which ran from 1995–1999.
