The Moonkin Avatar is a moonkin that appears at the Shrine of the Moon north of Jintha'Alor in the Hinterlands.
To summon it, a druid must cast 
[Tranquility] on the Shrine, followed by 
[Hurricane].
Defeating the Moonkin Avatar will spawn the spirit of Sagefeather.
Abilities
Rend — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy every 3 sec. for 15 sec.
Strike — Strikes at an enemy, inflicting normal damage plus 5.
Tendon Rip — Reduces an enemy's movement speed by 70% for 8 sec.
