Hotfix (2024-05-07): [Starsurge] now grants 2% increased spell critical strike chance per stack (was 4%).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 30 (was 40).
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Slightly redesigned. Starsurge grants 4% spell critical strike chance to 8 allies within 40 yards for 18 sec, stacking up to 3 times.
Previous effect: Whenever you Starsurge, all allies within 40 yards have their spell critical strike chance increased by 15% for 12 sec. Requires [Moonkin Form].
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now a PvP talent (was a rank 43 honor talent).
