Mooncloth is a magical cloth, imbued with the power of the Moonwells.
In Season of Discovery, it is used as a currency, along with other items, to buy tier 3 set pieces. Most of the set pieces for Mages, Priests, and Warlocks can be bought with it, along with the druid sets' belts and boots.
Source
Purifying Mooncloth requires 250 skill in Tailoring and can be learned from a pattern which can be bought from Qia (limited supply) in Everlook. The procedure requires 2x [Felcloth], must be performed near a Moonwell (even corrupted moonwells in Felwood will do).
