Purifying Mooncloth requires 250 skill in Tailoring and can be learned from a pattern which can be bought from Qia (limited supply) in Everlook. The procedure requires 2x  [Felcloth], must be performed near a Moonwell (even corrupted moonwells in Felwood will do).

Patch changes

• Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): Stacks to 1000, up from 200.
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Stacks to 200, up from 20.
  
• Patch 2.4.3 (2008-07-15): Purifying Mooncloth cooldown was removed. Before the patch the procedure can only be performed once every 92 hours (3 days, 20 hours).
