Patch changes

Hotfix (2023-08-21): Now reduces interrupts and silences by 50% for 6 seconds (was 70% for 10 seconds).
Hotfix (2023-05-30): Moon and Stars will no longer cause [Precognition] to trigger even if the Druid is successfully interrupted.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13):
- Now triggered by [Eclipse] (was triggered by [Celestial Alignment] or [Incarnation: Chosen of Elune]).
- Radius increased to 5 yards (was 3 yards).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17):
- Renamed from Eclipse. Now a PvP talent (was a rank 40 honor talent).
- No longer reduces the cooldown of Celestial Alignment or Incarnation: Chosen of Elune.
Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Added.
