Mglrrp is a deep sea murloc located at the Gloaming Reef in Val'sharah during 
[10-45] Fish Frenzy. After Nat Pagle processes Mglrrp's corpse for its head lure, he has it passed on to Marcia Chase to craft the 
[Underlight Angler] with the lure and Mglrrp's skeleton.
