Merciless Bonegrinder is a conduit for arms warriors. It drops from Oryphrion in the Spires of Ascension, Shriekwing in Castle Nathria, and the Vigilant Guardian in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
