Matilda Skoptidottir is a senior Valarjar Val'kyr located in Skyhold within the Halls of Valor. During the campaign on the Broken Isles, she was responsible for dispensing Horns of War to the Battlelord. With this empowered item, Odyn's val'kyr could be unleashed on specific targets with great effect.[1] Matilda can be found just off the Arena of Glory in Skyhold's east wing.
