Mental Anguish is the Mastery of Shadow priests, improved by the mastery secondary stat.
Notes
Added with Warlords of Draenor, Mental Anguish was designed to improve the priest's single target output. Priests wishing to focus on multi-target damage are encouraged to focus on acquiring haste (in line with their secondary stat attunement [Mastermind]), while those wishing to improve their single target output are able to do so through increasing their mastery.
