Martar the Not-So-Smart is a gnoll found patrolling in the open area to the north of The Arboretum in Jade Forest. He has a chance to drop 
[Martar's Magnifying Glass], which summons him to aid you, as well almost any book of the Steamy Romance Novel series.
Abilities
Explosive Shot — Inflicts weapon damage and additional Fire damage to an enemy and any of its nearby allies.
Shoot — Shoots at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.
