Among wild bears in Dragonflight there are those whose appearance is an unarmored version of the Guardian of the Glade artifact appearance unlocked by this item, as the wild bears also have marks on their face this could make the description of this item that there exist wild bears be represented in-game on the Dragon Isles, but the druid appearance also has a bear paw mark on its back legs that may be specifically the mark described by this item.
