Marakhan is a powerful man'ari eredar who appears in the Cave of the Blood Trial in Highmountain during 
[10-45] Rite of Blood.
He instantly kills Oakin Ironbull, but the now-freed Navarrogg aids the player in defeating the eredar.
Abilities
Doom Blade — Creates a fel explosion in front of the caster, inflicting Fire damage to enemies caught in the effect.
Unyielding Terror — Terrifies surrounding enemies, petrifying them with fear for 6 sec.
