Map Chamber
The Map Chamber is located inside Uldaman, past the Hall of the Keepers. Like many other parts of the dungeon, it is crawling with Stonevault troggs. The hall leads into a series of rough tunnels to the northwest, that eventually end up in Echomok Cavern, Dig Three, Temple Hall, or the Stone Vault, depending on which route is picked.
The main feature of the Map Chamber is a large model map of Uldaman in all its former glory embedded in the floor. Players can interact with a keystone on the map to place the Staff of Prehistoria and create a beam that opens the neighboring Chamber of Khaz'mul holding the boss Ironaya. Prior to Cataclysm, the Staff needed to be created as a physical item by combining the 
[Gni'kiv Medallion] and 
[The Shaft of Tsol].
In the Legacy of Tyr, the Map Chamber is home to the boss Bromach. After his defeat, the Lost Dwarves use the Staff of Prehistoria to open the Chamber of Khaz'mul, which now leads into the Hall of the Keepers and the rest of the instance. The opening in the northwest part of the Map Chamber leading to the tunnel system is blocked by a barricade and inaccessible.

- The layout of Uldaman on the floor and the use of a staff to create a light beam showing the opening to a hidden chamber is a reference to a scene in the 1981 film Raiders of the Lost Ark.
