Malfurion's Gift is a passive specialization ability for Restoration druids, available at level 10. It reduces the cooldown of [Tranquility].
Notes
Prior to Patch 6.0.2, the tooltip of the effect said to 13 minutes, but the actual cooldown reduction was to 3 minutes — a 13 minute cooldown reduction is impossible considering the cooldown of [Tranquility] is 8 minutes. This error was corrected in Patch 6.0.2.

Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed. 
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14):
- No longer reduces the cooldown of Barkskin.
- Tooltip corrected for the cooldown reduction on Tranquility.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Redesigned. The cooldown of your Tranquility spell is reduced to 13 minutes and the cooldown of your Barkskin ability is reduced by 15 sec. 
Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): Now reduces the cooldown of Tranquility by 2.5/5 minutes. - Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): No longer has
[Fury of Stormrage] as a prerequisite talent. - Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Added.
