Malformed Creations are oozes located in the Gallery of Failures in Uldir. They periodically assume one of three animal forms—Malformed Lions, Malformed Raptors, and Malformed Vultures—each with different abilities. The transformation lasts until the Creation runs out of energy, which depletes from 100 at a rate of 4 per second, giving each form an effective duration of 25 seconds. When the transformation expires, the Creation immediately starts assuming its next form.

Primordial Ooze — While not taking on a form, Malformed Creations take 200% additional damage. Passive.

Transformations

Accipitrene Aspect — Takes on the form of a Vulture, filling the Malformed Creations^[sic] energy, which depletes over time. Once depleted, the Malformed creation will revert to a Primordial Ooze. 8 sec cast.
- Swoop — Swoops to a location, inflicting Physical damage to any targets in its path, and blinding them, incapacitating them for 2 sec. 1.5 sec cast.
Leonine Aspect — Takes on the form of a Lion, filling the Malformed Creations^[sic] energy, which depletes over time. Once depleted, the Malformed creation will revert to a Primordial Ooze. 8 sec cast.
- Paw Swipe — Inflicts Physical damage in a cone in front of the Malformed Lion. Any players hit also bleed for Physical damage every 1 sec. for 12 sec. 0.5 sec cast.
- Roar of the Pride — Lets loose a roar, enraging the caster and all nearby allies, increasing their damage done by 80%. 3 sec cast. 10 sec duration.
Theropodan Aspect — Takes on the form of a Raptor, filling the Malformed Creations^[sic] energy, which depletes over time. Once depleted, the Malformed creation will revert to a Primordial Ooze. 8 sec cast.
- Hunting Leap — Jumps towards a targeted player and unleashes a series of gutripping attacks, inflicting Physical to players in a cone with each attack. 5 sec channel.
