The Magmammoth Harness can be purchased from Yries Lightfingers at the Obsidian Throne for 1x 
[Netherforged Lavaproof Boots] and 1x 
[Sturdy Obsidian Glasses] which requires True Friend reputation with Sabellian and Wrathion.
The harness can be used on a Tame Magmammoth at [33, 73]. To hop on the magmammoth, the adventurer will need to kill the Qalashi Necksnapper sitting next to it. Once on the mount, simply use the harness to learn the 
[Loyal Magmammoth] mount and earn the [Grand Theft Mammoth] achievement.
