Magister Crystalynn is a void elf located in Arom's Crossing in Drustvar during Faction Assaults.

Abilities

Cone of Cold — Inflicts Frost damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster, reducing their movement speed for 8 sec.
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 8 sec.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
Ice Blast
Ice Block — You become encased in a block of ice, protecting you from all physical attacks and spells for 5 sec, but during that time you cannot attack, move or cast spells. Also causes Hypothermia, preventing you from recasting Ice Block for 30 sec.
Polymorph: Sheep — Transforms the enemy into a helpless sheep that cannot cast spells or attack and movement speed is reduced by 60% for up to 10 sec.
