Lycanthoth Vandals are worgen found at the Shrine of Goldrinn in Mount Hyjal. These worgen are from Gilneas, but have been corrupted by the Twilight's Hammer[1] and now serve them as mindless beasts.[2] When Lycanthoth is defeated and Goldrinn restored, the wolf kills three vandals, retaking the shrine.

- After Lycanthoth is killed, these worgen will disappear. It's unknown if they were all killed, they left to a new area, or rejoined the Gilneas people.
