The Shrine of Goldrinn[29, 31] is a shrine built to honor the wolf god Goldrinn, known as Lo'Gosh ("Ghost Wolf" in Taur-ahe)[1][2][3] by the tauren. Warriors from all walks visit the shrine in hopes of tapping into the legendary battle prowess.[4] It can be found in a valley west of the Verdant Thicket in Mount Hyjal.

Takrik Ragehowl was in the process of refurbishing the shrine when he and others were attacked by worgen, that arrived with the Twilight's Hammer, seeking to corrupt the wolf god for their own purpose.

When players first arrive at the shrine, worgen are running rampant throughout the area with fires burning many structures and Takrik Ragehowl, Royce Duskwhisper, Rio and Ian Duran are found caged up nearby. After Goldrinn returns and destroys the cages the area is cleansed of the worgen and becomes a questing hub. Berin Connad and Mirala Fawnsinger, two vendors, will also appear in the nearby camp.

Gar'gol's Hovel and the Maw of Lycanthoth are located in front of the shrine, at the other side of the lake.

The shrine is also a night elf archaeology dig site.
