Lord Thassarian is an alternate version of Thassarian from Azmourne located in Tyrhold Reservoir in Thaldraszus during Time Rifts.
Abilities
Fel Efflux — Pours out fell energy in a focused channel, inflicting 9 Fire damage to targets within the energy.
Power Should Be Mine — Causes an enemy to take 15% increased Physical damage for until canceled. Causes the caster to inflict 15% increased Physical damage.
Touch of Darkness — Inflicts 7 Shadow damage to an enemy every 1 sec for 10 sec.
