Abilities
Mortal Strike — Inflicts 130% weapon damage and leaves the target wounded, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 25% for 5 sec.
Phantasm — Fades out of existance[sic] and appears behind an enemy.
Reaping Scythe — Inflicts Shadow damage to enemies within 8 yds. and reduces their maximum health by 10%.
Spectral Strike — Strike an enemy from the spirit realm, inflicting Shadow damage and reducing their dodge by 25% as well as their armor by 25% for 9 sec. This effect stacks.

Given the backstory of Crestfall, he may have been a member of the Old Horde. However, he wears the Kor'kron tabard which could mean he is of the New Horde. Alternatively, N'ot could have been a part of the original Kor'kron order mentioned in The Shattering: Prelude to Cataclysm while under the Old Horde.
