Leprithus is a rare mob ghoul found in Westfall. It is flanked by two Rotten Ghouls.
It spawns in several places:
- Under a tree a little south west of the Jangolode Mine. The tree has a small square fence about it with some coffins within the fence line. Here it wont move from.
- In the Dagger Hills, directly to the north and slightly to the east of the Deadmine's gates (in Stranglethorn Vale). There is another tree with coffins under it, here it will path back and forth from this location to the bridge to Duskwood, east of The Dead Acre.
Abilities
Poison — Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy every 3 sec. for 15 sec.
Wither Touch — Reduces an enemy's Stamina and Versatility for 30 sec.
Notable loot
Notes and trivia
- Leprithus spawns everyday at 8:00pm server time in two locations, meaning there are two copies of the same mob in existence at the same time (twice the loot!).
- His name is likely inspired by the skin disease leprosy.

Patch 7.2.0 (2017-03-28): Model updated. 
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Level reduced from 19 to 12.
