This says he was only available during the nighttime, but I saw him and a couple of ghoul buddies of his just a moment ago, and according to my little minimap clock it was daytime. I even got a screenshot of him trying to murder me with the sun high in the high. --Lotustree (talk) 03:12, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
