Notes
On accept:
- Magistrate Solomon says: The town hall is our best hope for survival... I'll start making preparations.
- Kleia says: The Scourge? No... none of these people will survive!
Head outside and warn any highlighted citizens and board up the windows. All the doors to the buildings have closed. Guards Clarke, Adams, Pearce, Hiett, and Ashlock stand guard near the bridge. The gossip is not unique to the NPCs, each NPC may show a different version.
The NPCs in question are Kimberly Hiett, Karen Taylor, Vernon Hale, Matthew Hooper, Alma Jainrose, Jamin, Erin, Roger, Amy Davenport, Gretchen Vogel, Penny, Lindsay Ashlock, Kara Adams, Crystal Boughman, Rachel, Nathan, Hannah, Madison, and Dorin Songblade.
Adults say:
- Why are the bells ringing? What is going on?
The Scourge are coming! Retreat to the town hall!
- It's the end of the world!
- The magistrate has ordered our retreat. Return to the hall.
- I've heard whispers of the Scourge... is it time?
- We will survive this. Fall back to the town hall.
- What do I do? Where can I hide?

Once the windows and the townsfolk have been prepared, head west and check in with Sarah Howell:
- Benjamin, what's going on? What are the bells for?
- Take the children inside, now!
- Sarah Howell says: Stay safe, my love.
- Sarah Howell says: Children, inside!
- Ben Howell says: My family... I will protect you.
Vicious Ghouls appear from everywhere and start attacking. Ben has no self heals, so there's nothing he can do to prevent what is about to happen. Once he dies:
- Kleia says: Such a cruel death for a simple man... His bravery knows no bounds. You have earned peace in your afterlife, Ben.
- Ben Howell says: My family... left defenseless...
- Alithea says: Your time on Azeroth has come to an end. Fear not, as you shall live anew in your death.
- Kleia says: Ben, I will protect your soul and escort you to a new world. The pain will pass.
