LOU-C Fitzcog is a Mechagon mechagnome located in Whaler's Nook in the Azure Span where she was conducting research on crystals with her geoscanner. Accompanied by her fellow explores, Examiner Rowe, Aelnara, and Mordigan Ironjaw, the group was attacked by Brinetooth gorlocs who damaged her geoscanner and took off with its parts. She tried to repair it, but Mordigan was impatient and instead tested the rock by licking it, which she found preposterous.[1][2] After Mordigan left to search for more, LOU-C worked with the adventurer on repairing the scanner with the missing parts. Once she fixed it, she tested the crystals and learned that licking the salt rocks has negative side effects.[3] LOU-C then asked the adventurer to assist Aelnara with locating Mordigan.[4] She was relieved when he was rescued and brought back.[5]
Later on, she and her colleagues went to Zaralek Cavern. They are doing a survey there at Shimmering Towers with their geoscanner. They ask to take down Agitated Crystalines so they can study the material they are made of.[6]
