Kul Tiras Marines are humans found sitting isolated atop the crow's nests of two of the beached ships on the outskirts of Tiragarde Keep in Durotar.
Before the Cataclysm, there were a number of Kul Tiras Marines found in Tiragarde Keep proper. They were replaced with personnel from the Northwatch Expeditionary Unit following the disaster.
Abilities
Shield Bash — Bashes an enemy with the caster's shield, inflicting Physical damage and interrupting the spell being cast.

Patch changes
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed from the main Tiragarde Keep area. Only two Marines remain aboard two of the wrecked ships outside the keep.
