Kiggler the Crazed is part of the High King Maulgar boss encounter in Gruul's Lair.
Abilities
Arcane Explosion — Sends out a blast wave of magic, inflicting 1750 to 2250 Arcane damage to nearby enemies. 1750–2250. Instant cast, 30 yard range with a 15 yard Knock Away effect, lowers threat.
Arcane Shock — Shocks an enemy with concussive force, inflicting Nature damage and interrupting the spell being cast for 5 sec. 657–843. Despite the description, the damage type is Arcane. Instant cast, 30 yard range, disarms and interrupts spell cast.
Lightning Bolt — Blasts an enemy with lightning, inflicting Nature damage. 1488–2012. 2 second cast, 8–40 yard range.
Greater Polymorph — Transforms an enemy into a sheep, forcing it to wander around for up to 10 sec. While wandering, the sheep cannot attack or cast spells, but regenerates very quickly. Any damage will transform the target back into its normal form. Only one target can be polymorphed at a time. Only works on beasts, dragons, giants, humanoids, and critters. Arcane. Instant cast, 30 yard range, lasts for 10 seconds. Not dispellable.
Strategies
Use a Moonkin Druid (immune to Hex) or 2 ranged classes (exchange Hex) with a single healer with decent mana regen. Damage dealt is light, very consistent, and manageable. Ranged DPS down due to Knock Away and AoE damage.
Nature Resistance gear can be worn to lower the damage dealt by Lightning Bolt even further.
Shaman's
[Grounding Totem] can also absorb the Lightning Bolt.
Notes
At around 230 NR unbuffed, Kiggler's lightning bolts will barely be injuring the tank. With a warlock, it's quite possible to simply heal through his damage with drain life.
Arcane resistance is recommended to resist the knock away blasts which lower threat and can complicate the fight.
He can complicate pulls by sheeping some other ogre's intended tank, so it's best to range pull him at the same time as the rest of the pull (similar to the Sulfuron Harbinger pull in Molten Core.)
