Khazaduum is a demonic tyrant located beneath Nath'raxas Spire in Krokuun while the world quest 
[45REWQ] Khazaduum is available. A time echo of him can be found at Triumvirate's End in Eredath, reliving the flight of the draenei. He was the first of his kind, willingly undergoing the experiment that would turn him into a demonic tyrant shortly after the eredar joined the Burning Legion.
Abilities
Burning Cleave — Cleaves all enemies in a cone in front of the caster, inflicting Fire damage and additional Fire damage every 1 sec for 5 sec.
Infernal Smash — Drives its fist into the ground, sending a wave of fel energy that inflicts Fire damage to all enemies within 20 yards.
