Khan Kammah is the leader of the Magram centaur in Desolace. The Burning Blade pushed him and his clan out of their home (which the cult renamed Shok'Thokar) and forced them to take over the lands of the Kolkar clan, which they renamed the Magram Territory. Kammah is first encountered in the Magram Territory, after adventurers sent by the Kolkar Khan Leh'Prah kill enough of his warriors to force him to emerge. Although he is well aware of the threat posed by the Burning Blade, Kammah is initially reluctant to ally with Leh'Prah against the cult. However, he agrees to lend his forces to the fight after the adventurers help feed his starving clan.

Kammah and the Magram later join the Kolkar and Gelkis in an attack on the Burning Blade at Shok'Thokar. Kammah helps his fellow khans Leh'Prah and Shodo kill the pit lord Agogridon to win the day. Afterward, he and his clan take up residence in Shok'Thokar alongside the Kolkar and Gelkis.
