Kha'damu is a jungle troll boss that patrols the main road of Stranglethorn Vale during the Blood Moon.
Kha'damu will buff players within 200 yards with 
Kill, Maim, Bleed!, and players within 100 yards with 
Feast of Blood, which significantly increase how many stacks of Blood for the Blood Loa they earn. However, Kha'damu is easily aggroed (even through stealth), moves very quickly, and will kill any player he catches in a single hit, making fighting near him a risky - albeit highly rewarding - endeavor.
Though Kha'damu has more than 3 million health, it is possible to kill him with a sufficiently large and motivated group of players. However, his only drop is the 
[Bloodthirst Blade] - and as it is Unique (0) and requires level 125, it cannot even be looted, much less equipped.
Abilities
Blood Leech — Drains 415 to 535 health from nearby enemies, healing the caster for up to twice the amount stolen.
Bloodthirst — Instantly attack the target causing damage.

Patch changes
Hotfix (2024-04-16): Players should no longer occasionally gain no bonus blood when near Kha'damu and affected by Feast of Blood. - Hotfix (2024-03-05):
- Kha'damu no longer drops extraneous items.
- Kha'damu now recovers less health from his self-healing effects.
- As Kha'damu grows in size, he now becomes more susceptible to attacks.
- Hotfix (2024-02-26): Kha'damu's Blood Craze will no longer increase his damage dealt.
