Kazz Fetchum is a goblin stable master located in the Krazzworks in the Twilight Highlands. Oddly enough, he uses the old Goblin voices (Commonly seen in use by the Steamwheedle Cartel goblins) rather than the new ones often used by the goblins of the Bilgewater Cartel.
