Jarvox is a fel lord located in Azsuna. After the Highlord peers into the Legion Orbs, the dreadlord Balnazzar warns Jarvox that the enemy is nearby. Balnazzar tells him to protect the 
[Codex of Command] to his hearts content and teleports away.
Jarvox tells the paladins that one of their own is being held captive and is rescued by the Highlord as well as being defeated by them.
Abilities
Chaotic Felburst — Unleashes a barrage of fiery bolts over 10 sec that inflict[sic] Fire damage to all enemies within 5 yards of the impact.
Crushing Slam — Slams the ground in the direction of a targeted player, inflicting Physical damage to all players in a line and knocking them back.
