Jansen Stead
The Jansen Stead is the northernmost farm in Westfall, and is located near the bridge to Elwynn Forest. Like most of the farms in Westfall, the owners have been driven off by the Defias Brotherhood. The farm is occupied by a large amount of Homeless Stormwind Citizens, West Plains Drifters and Transients. The Jansen Stead is currently under investigation following the murder of Theodore and Verna Furlbrow nearby, but no one seems to want to reveal any details about their murder. This investigation eventually leads to the Furlbrows' nearby farm.
Private Jansen of the Westfall Brigade is most likely connected to the farmstead.
History
Before the Cataclysm, Defias mechanical Harvest Watchers and agents of the Brotherhood controlled the farm. Nearby, you would find Farmer Furlbrow and his wife who had fled their own farm, Furlbrow's Pumpkin Patch. They gave most adventurers their first quests in Westfall.
Legion
During the Burning Legion's invasion, the area falls under the Legion's control. Its residents are enslaved by nathrezim and are later killed by the defenders.
Patch changes
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): New quest line added. Homeless NPCs scattered across the farm, no more signs of Defias inhabitants.
