The Raging Chasm[38.5, 42.5] is a large sinkhole created by the Cataclysm in the western part of Westfall, between the Alexston and Molsen farms. A huge beam of energy rises into the sky, surrounded by whirling trees and chunks of earth. The crater is populated by Chasm Slimes.
The chasm is still active as of the end of the Fourth War.[1]
Notes
- The chasm can be seen from almost every part of Westfall (and even from as far as Stormwind Harbor). Despite its size, however, only Captain Grayson acknowledges its existence in-game.
