Jaffe Cloudwalker is a Highmountain tauren flying kites with Mora Woodheart at a cliff southeast of Skyhorn in Highmountain. He also appears at Dazar'alor, flying kites with Mora.
He is present in Zanchul during Talanji's coronation.
He joins up with the Dragonscale Expedition and can be found, with Mora Cloudwalker, selling fishing supplies at the Wild Coast in the Waking Shores. He is seen flying a kite.
